Excellent service from Hotel Minerva. Better than any other hotel in Frankfurt. Good location near the train station.

Doesn't deserve all of its stars

This hotel was listed as a 4-star hotel in Agoda, but it surely doesn't live up to the expectations. The place has seen its best years a long ago. The room was icy cold when I got there, luckily though I could turn up the heat and warm the room up while I was out. The staff wasn't too friendly and I didn't feel welcome. The area around the railway station in Frankfurt is full of strip joints and drug addicts hang around there. I knew this already from before, but just a friendly word of warning for those who are going to walk around at night.

The hotel is located near the train station, ~3mins by working. The price is very good compared with other hotels in the same area. Rooms are fine at this price, clean, not small. Internet card available at Euro35 per week, very cheap. Breakfast OK but too limited choices. Will come back for an economic option.

#17 tram stop right in fron of hotel which takes you straight to Messe Fair grounds

We were very happy with our stay. We were extremely satisfied for the price we paid and the fact that it was very close to the Messe fair ground and the tram stop was great. If you want a quick snack you can cross the road to the train station and eat in one of the many restaurants.
Travel tip:
Tram stop right in front of door.
