I enjoyed the stay very much, the room is very confortable and clean. The hotel also has free shuttle bus service to FRA airport which is running every 15 minutes, and takes only 5 minutes to airport. If I ever go again, I will definitely stay the same hotel.

it was so easy to visit from airport to the hotel by airport shuttle bus every 15 minutes. i had spent my time on the sky swimming pool and fitness. that was great doing exercise with the top of view.

Reasonable Stay But Not A 5-Star Hotel

We arrived too early to Frankfurt at 9am & was unable to check in as the hotel policy was 3pm for room check-in. So we had to wait for many hours at the hotel lobby tired & did not know what to do. The front desk staffs were doing their best to get a room cleaned for us but could not do much. Finally they got us a room at 1:30pm which was slightly earlier than expected. The room was small & did not expect 2 single beds to be joined as one instead of giving us a queen size bed which we did request when we made our booking. It was not so comfortable to sleep as the pillows were too soft & thin. Although it was very near to the airport, there was no aircraft noise at all which we were quite happy. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety & delicious compare to other hotels we had stayed in Europe. The free airport bus shuttle service in every 15 minutes to the Frankfurt airport was convenient & we could easily take trains from the airport to the city. The in-door swimming pool was heated up but we did not have the chance to swim as we tight on our schedule. We will book this hotel again if we are unable to book other hotels in Frankfurt. Probably to pay a bit more for an Executive Room instead of Superior Room as it was lousy. Bathroom was very small too with no toiletries like shower cap, toothbrush & toothpaste etc.

I enjoyed my last night in Frankfurt as I was not worried about getting to the airport in time.However, internet access was not free. I had to pay around 9 euro for use for five hours.

The hotel was very close to airport. A free shuttle was provided, which left every 15 minutes. The service was extremely attentive and catered all my needs. Breakfast was perfectly fine. I recommend the hotel highly for people who need to stay a night at Frankfurt Airport.
