Great location splendid stylish classic hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Steignberger Frankfuter Hof and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The location is perfect, close to the main shopping avenue and other sights.
The service is excellent, responsive and welcoming, the facilities are good. Will always be my first preference in Frankfurt.

メインのフレンチレストランが土日やっていないのは残念だったが、カフェバー（Oscar's）でも十分楽しめた。部屋も落ち着いていて良かった。

ドーム、ゲーテ博物館など主要な観光ポイントに徒歩圏の便利なホテル。 フランクフルト在住の親戚の推奨も合って投宿しました。 外観は歴史を感じさせる立派な造りですが、部屋の中はリノベーションされた近代的な感じ。 天井の高さが歴史をやはり感じさせます。 スタッフの対応はよいです。 到着フライトが早朝だったのでアーリーチェックインをリクエストしたところ、追加料金で１０時から利用できるとのこと。 結局、このサービスは利用しなかったものの速攻で返事があり、対応の良さを感じさせました。 朝食は３２ユーロと少し高めですが、種類も多く充実していました。 ホテル内にある日本料理店も現地の日本人の評判がよいそうです。水周りも清潔でシャワーなどお湯の具合も問題ありませんでした。

まぁまぁかな。
立地は文句なくよかったです。比較的空いているシーズンであったのか、最上階の角部屋の広く静かな部屋をアサインしていただけました。朝食のビュッフェも種類も豊富でどれもおいしかったです。味噌汁と複数種類のお漬物、鮭の塩焼き程度でしたが和食もありました。

伝統のあるホテルなのですが、裏を返せば古いということであり、部屋は豪華絢爛な印象ではなかったです。ロビーとかラウンジは、まぁ、その古めかしさが功を奏し厳かな雰囲気にはなっていましたが、値段から考えるとそれまでの価値はないかな、という印象です。設備もプールなどもなし。
また、部屋のエアコンが壊れていたのか、温度設定がうまくいかず、温度設定を一番暖かく設定しても寒かった。
チェックインの際にも、入り口のドアマンがおらず、階段なのに自分で荷物を持ち込まなくてはいけない始末で。
一流といわれるわりには、少しサービスの機敏さに物足りなさを感じた。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
フランクフルト市内の主要観光ポイントにほとんど徒歩でいけるため、特に地下鉄の１日乗車券とか購入する必要はないと思います。

깨끗하고 조용한 호텔
쇼핑센터 및 주요관광지(뢰머광장)와 가까운 위치

프랑크푸르트 관광버스투어에서도 소개될정도로 프랑크푸르트에서 가장유명한 호텔!!
처음 역에 내려서 찾을때는 조금 어려웠지만 일단 위치를 알고 나니 주변 관광지와 유명쇼핑거리인 Zeil 거리와 도보 5 분 거리내로 갈수 있을만큼 위치도 좋았고 객실도 깨끗하고 편한 호텔이었습니다.
단점이라면 가격이 조금 비싸다는 정도 이구요.
Shopping Tip:
주변 유명 쇼핑센터 모두 일요일은 열지 않으므로 쇼핑계획에 참조 하시고요, 그대신 일요일에 zeil 거리에 벼룩시장이 열리니 이 또한 참조하세요!!
