It was ok.staff spoke good English and kind.comfy bed.
But if you expect the 5stars service you would be disappointed...no body came to entrance to pick up lugguage,also after check out we asked reception to call a cab for us cos we have so much lugguage,but we were just told there are plenty of taxi if we walk to right side..but we asked because we really had a lot to carry....
Room is ok.nice bed.

Great. Free mineral water, coffee machine, super modern clean bathroom with shower and separate tub, room was spotless and had like a bazillion channels. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, has just about everything and they'll still make you an omellete or an eggs benedict.
It's literally like 20 feet from the train station and near the big shopping area.

we arrived in Frankfurt morning of Snowing Sunday and everything were closed except some museums, 24 hours hop on and hop off city tour bus should be enough

Lovely rooms, helpful staff, convenience to public transport and to the city centre.

this hotel was excellent. the refurbished rooms were quite luxurious and the bathroom particularly was very smart. the bed was comfortable with good linen. the service from the staff was very good. we enjoyed the cosy bar adjacent to reception.
