A mixture of good and not so good.
Comfortable room, great staff, quiet location.
It's a lovely little boutique hotel in a quiet backstreet reasonably close to the city centre. The staff are all friendly and helpful. A couple of negatives though. The shower door opens into the shower recess making it difficult to get around it into the shower. They provide only enough tea and coffee facilities for one cup each. Worst of all is the price of WiFi.

Great stay
Good location, spacious unit and great staff
We stayed in Adina Hamburg during our family outing. We shared the 2 bedroom apartment and it is very spacious, well equipped with all the necessities. Great place indeed as we can cook , wash our clothes etc. Highly recommended

Nice location and large "apartment" room
Location, Staff, balcony
Check in as well as check out was very easy and fast, no problem that we arrived around noon. The room is large, clean, modern, with kitchen and balcony. There is everything, or even more you need. Unfortunately only half an hour free wifi in your room. The location is really nice for sightseeing. You can walk to the harbor and to Reeperbahn. S and U Bahn nearby but not next to. Rewe and bakery around the corner.

Great hotel
Comfortable, homely studio apartment with kitchen facilities, including a dishwasher. Excellent spacious bathroom with a strong shower. Comfortable pillows.
This was one of the best places we stayed at on our trip around Europe. The front desk staff was courteous and chatty, and very helpful. Parking the car was a breeze as the carpark (though the entrance was slightly further down) was directly under the hotel, with a red-carpet entrance to the lift lobby. Checking in and out was simple and quick. The location was great, with a wonderful cafe and supermarket just on the corner, and the city - a 10 minute walk away. The room was fabulous, with a large TV, a comfortable bed and a welcoming sofa. The bathroom and shower were modern with all the creature comforts expected. Room service - the food tasted great, though servings were smaller than expected.

nice and clean
modern
Staff very helpful and friendly. Don't relay on the reeperbahn for a good night out. There is a good few chilled out bars in the 'student area' (forget the name), but taxi man broght us there. Just google 'student bars in hamburg'...And make sure you bring the right footwear with you, as it does snow in hamburg in the winter!

Great location and excellent staff and service
Central location. Kitchen. Flexible room service. Pool.
Able to walk to all areas with ease: Port via Bismarck's statue, Reeperbahn, Botanic Gardens via the length of the park, Alster and Monckbergstrasse. Do not miss the Fischauktionhalle on a Sunday morning (get there before 9 since it closes at 12) and enjoy sitting at the Alsterpavilion watching the world go by. Disappointed the Beatles museum has closed. Give Harry's Hafen Basaar a miss but it is likely to relocate to the port by the end of the year. Oh, and the Rebe City supermarket is round the corner. Eat at Paulaner's on the Grossneumarkt for good value Bavarian and authentic atmosphere.

Great location, nice room
Location, rooms
Stayed two nights in one of the apartments. Close to a square with lots of nice restaurants and close to both the downtown area and Reperbahn. Had a very nice room. Didn't have much to do with the staff, but they were nice enough.
