Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The beds in the rooms are too small and too short
The hotel does what it promises. The entire interior makes a good impression. The carpets are new, the furniture is beautiful. Overall it is a nice place to linger awhile. Breakfast was fantastic. But you are recommended to some favorite drinking when they are "mini bar" and drink water. I ordered a bottle of mineral water per room service. Also, if you prefer a room with a nice view, you should talk to them in advance.

There was a lovely calm, the hotel and the rooms seemed very clean and nice
We can not comment on anything.
It was good for us that happened was a Dane in the reception which was very helpful in helping us with a distination. The beds were really good. Fine offers ½ price for a plush morning board. we come often to Hamburg and will definitely use you again.
Hotel Feature Tip : I thought the price for parking was a little too high
