Solo travelers Germany, December 09, 2012	asiatischer Stil und individuell schlicht, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, für mich eine sehr gute Lage 8.7 es war sehr schön in diesem hotel. die betten waren sehr hart, aber für mich angenehm. das personal ist freundlich. ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. etwas lästig war es, den großen zimmerschlüssel nach 23 uhr bei sich tragen zu müssen. am frühstück habe ich nicht teil genommen, aber es soll ein ungewöhnliches japanisches frühstück geben, wenn man sich dazu anmeldent.

Leider standen wir Nachts 1 Stunde im Regen vor dem Hotel. Der übermittelte Zutrittscode funktionierte nicht. Nach 1 Stunde kam endlich Hilfe und stellte das Gleiche fest. Wir haben dies schriftlich reklamiert und leider keine Antwort erhalten. Kein Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden und der ausgeschriebene vom Hotel ist schon früh voll.Reservierung nicht möglich.
Georg M. Couples Germany, May 05, 2010	Gute Lage Sehr gute Lage an der Außenalster. Nette Umgebung, schneller Transfer in die City möglich. Originelle Innenausstattung, guter Standard. Staff sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 6.7 Frühstück ist nicht im Preis enthalten, der Preis von 15 Euro pro Person für die Teilnahme an einem Buffet ist lächerlich hoch. Restaurant Tip: Kleine Verpflegung außerhalb besorgen.
