Right near the center - perfect for the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien. Very easy to find and reach. The staff was wonderful. Spoke excellent English, watched over my suitcase for almost the entire day, and let me use Wi-Fi in their breakfast room before I left.
The entire hotel has free Wi-Fi.
You can arrive any time you wish, because they have a key-despensing machine outside.
In short, extremely convenient

Small but okay hotel

Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the breakfast. However I will not book the hotel again since the free wifi was so bad day 2 so I couldn't work from my room and had to sit in the dining area. Not very good when you make phone called over skype.
It is located about 10-12min walk from Hannover central station and is quite easy to find.
Friendly staff and in general okay for anyone who dont need Internet in there room.

Unfortunately I didnt take the own shower/shared WC serious at the time of booking so upon arrival I found a room with a shower in it but no toilet. Many rooms on each level had to share one little toilet and it is rather embarassing to meet other guests in the middle of the night wearing pyjamas. I was lucky enough that I could change room by paying a surcharge. If you bring allot of luggage and depending on what floor your room is, you will rather have a hard time carrying your stuff up as there is no lift and no help as well. Housekeeping burst into the room a couple of times without knocking...

部屋も共用部もドイツらしくとても清潔。それと朝食はとてもゴージャス。都内の外資系ホテルなみ。部屋の中にはどうみても後から付けたとみえるシャワーブースがあり快適。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ヨーロッパで初めて日本人に出会いませんでした。
