If you had to pick the dream location for a hotel situated in Heidelberg this would pretty much be the spot.Located just a few blocks from Old Town this hotel is situated right next to the Haupstrasse, overlooking the river with a beautiful view. The main street for shopping and sight-seeing, and general attractions is located right behind the hotel, a block away. Any veteran of Heidelberg will agree this is the ideal spot for exploring the city on foot.The hotel itself is quite comfortable and a great value for the low price as well. Breakfast is served daily, the showers are nice and hot, and parking is available by the hotel at a reduced rate.Make this your base if you plan to walk around and do much sight-seeing during your stay.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic location right on the river opposite bridge. The best service I have experienced in a long time from the receptionist who greeted us. Everything was explained to us on arrival, plus we were greeted with a cold glass of water or iced tea. Got there way before check-in time but room was ready and we were able to occupy it immediately. Very roomy room which was well appointed. Only down side was no coffee making facility in room and no airconditioning, but a fan was provided.

部屋はかなり狭く、また、ストリートサイドであったため、眺望は望めませんでしたが、これは最初から、ネッカーリバーサイドの部屋指定ではありませんでしたので当然でしょう。調度品類も重厚な趣のある、格式高い伝統的な素晴らしいホテルです。しかし、部屋が狭い・・・。
