Yoko H. Business travelers Japan, April 09, 2013	cozy, small hotel with excellent view comfy bed, good view (depends on room), location 7.3 I saw 2 male staff. The one I saw on the day of arrival was one fo the worst receptionist I have ever met in my life as a hotel receptionist. Therefore, even though I was thinkinig of extending the days of stay, I decided not to stay there longer and booked another hotle. Next day, when I went downstaris, there was a different receptionist who was so nice and friendly to everyone, and provided good service i.e. calling taxi for me, etc. The room had an excellent view, facing the river and Alte Brücke (old bridge), and you can reach reastaurant area/high street in 1-2min. Breakfast is not a buffet style, so not the one for power-b'fast person. Easy access from central station by bus. Only if I didn't have this bad experience with a receptionist, this hotel would be a highly recommendable one.

Couples United Kingdom, January 25, 2013	Great hotel, good value for money So convenient for Heidelberg Old Town and all tourist spots 9.3 This was our second stay here with our dog and we will be staying again. Staff so friendly and welcoming Travel tip: Hotel right by the Old Bridge of Heidelberg which didn't appear on google maps.
