Valuable as a 5star hotel
The deluxe room have all drinks free in room's minibar. Staffs are nice. Room is big and clean

One of the best hotels in city

The hotel is located conveniently near the tram stop even though the stop was moved one block to the south due construction works in the city center. The tram ticket to/from Hbf will cost you 2.8 Euro per adult while taxi ride will cost you about 9-12 Euro.
The room was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything we might need including iron and tea set. In-room breakfast we ordered once was great as well as those we had in hotel's restaurant.
Internet access is not free and you can choose beetween smart-TV access with cost of around 5 Euro per day or wireless access with cost about 12 Euro per day. Wireless one has also a timed version for 0.5 or 2 hours valid for 2 weeks but you have to disconnect your wireless device at the end of each session to stop the counter. If you do not disconnect it'll be used during the first session (it has no disconnect button unfortunately).
All the staff were nice and friendly. We would definitely stay again next time.
