Very clean and neat, quiet, 10-15 min walking distance to Viktualienmarkt/city centre and lots of interesting shops on the way there. Comfy bed, room had a kitchen (equipment available on request at the counter). Parking garage in the basement (EUR 9.50/night). Convenient stay.

i booked ghotel as it is near my friend's place, and i am super glad i did. the hotel is not expensive for a 3-star and has good amenities. the location turned out to be very convenient. it is about 100m from the fraunhoferstr subway station, which is 2 stations from the historical city center and 2 stations from the munich central train station.
what i like about the hotel is that the neighborhood is clean and safe, unlike the area near the central train station where a lot of other hotels are. in addition, the room is nicely furnished, spacious and comes with a built in kitchen top, fridge, and a sink! i didn't try to use the stove, but the kitchen utensils and sink certainly comes in handy as i buy my own breakfast.
another plus is that it is quiet at night as my room faces the courtyard and there is hardly any car passing by at night.
all in all, a good experience and certainly value for the money.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the hotel charges eur6.5 for 1 day of in-room internet and eur12 for breakfast (morning coffee is free though). nearby there is a supermarket for grocery shopping if you wish not to have the hotel breakfast.

Hotel basic in appearance however rooms clean, fresh and tidy and kitchenette in room. Wifi access included. Breakfast not included and would have been an advantage. Breakfast dining facilities available. Tourist information and public tranport easily accessible. Staff friendly and able to converse in English. Good short term or business stay, not a romantic getaway.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Centrally located and easy to access shopping, tourist attractions and public tranport options. Hofbrauhaus loads of fun and a must to see. Mike's bus tour to Neuschwanstein Castle well organised and a great day. Tour of Dachau was excellent, history that should never be forgotten so quite confronting, informative and interesting.

Close to the U-bahn and easy to get to places. Easy enough to walk to the center of town as well....The only "bad" point - they only have free wifi in the lobby - so no internet in the rooms which makes things a little inconvenient.

Best 3* hotel I stayed for a while, size of rooms and breakfast is 4* value at very fair price. Helpful personnel at reception. Good location in walking distance to city center and in quiet area. Nice restaurants in walking distance.
