The hotel is a bit far from the city center.
The hotel is of high quality and the room is quite comfortable. That said, it is a bit far from the city center. The tram stop in front of the hotel is not yet operational, so it is a 30 minute walk to get into the Altstad or a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station...although, the walk is not without some minorly interesting sights. In fact, in my 2-night stay, I walked there and back each time, only taking a taxi when I had my luggage (checking in and checking out).
Hotel Feature Tip : The Internet in the room is a bit expensive for regular hotel Internet rates, but they do offer a few hours free for guests if you go down to the business center.

Unsurprisingly, in line with expectations of a Holliday Inn
slightly eccentric, as recommended
We stayed a short time in this hotel. In tourist trip, this hotel met our wishes and our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness and location. We were a family (two children including a young age) the hotel is located slightly offset to the north of the city. However, with access to a car Schawbing, downtown and at major museums and attractions is easy and simple. Munich is a city that we recommend to travelers with children.
Restaurant Tip : Breakfast at the Cafe "Muench Freiheit." Monumental and excellent value for money unbeatable.
