Providing 320 guestrooms, the four-story hotel is located in the quiet southern suburb of Obersendling. The Holiday Inn Munich South Hotel is 40km from the Munich International Airport and eight kilometers from city center. The hotel is also just three minutes from the Machtlfingerstra�e subway station, which will take guests to Marienplatz in about 15 minutes. The surrounding area has many international restaurants. Each guestroom has a balcony or terrace, most of which have a view of the garden courtyard. The four-star hotel provides guests with quiet and beautiful surroundings, as well as a location close to the subway station.

The hotel is in a quiet area where it is very easy to find free parking place, it is clean, has sauna and gym and very near to a metro station.
The location is very near to the highways heading south.
On the other hand, the hotel is a bit on the outskirts of Munich and you need around 25 minutes to go to centrum by metro. It was a bit expensive but I guess it was due to Oktoberfest in Munich.
It is usually a good option quality/price compared to other hotels I have been in Munich.
However, the location is not near to Munich centrum and you need around 25 minutes by metro to get there. It is not a big problem but it is worth taking it into account.
Anyway, this was my second time in this hotel and both of them I was satisfied.
