It was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and it was value for money. Breakfast was very nice, the staffs were helpful. The only downside is the high charge for parking, after all it is Munich.

The reception in the hotel is very good ,friendly attentive and well spoken (english).
They are very helpful and efficient.
the outstanding point about this place is the interior design of the lobby and the area around it.
The Room was very nice and especially the bathroom very well equiped and clean.
Tv reception is excellent and the internet sevice was very good indeed.
The location is very convenient for shopping and transport ( near the main railway station)
Shopping Tip:
all the main shops are near by
stachus and marienplatz are in walking distance. so is the main railwaystation.

Great location
Very convenient but very small room.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance to many main tourist attractions.
The hotel lobby is very nice and has that warm homey feeling. However the room we stayed was old and very small, and HOT! We found it hard to fall asleep. It doesn't have A/C. The hotel needed a major renovation too. Some staffs were friendly enough while some were quite grumpy.
The pictures were quite misleading.
In general it was not good value for money. But it is Munich! Not a small town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to all the shopping and major attractions. The train station is just cross the street. The station for city bus tour was just around the corner.

バスツアーには便利なホテル
ツアーバスの発着所に近い、買い物に便利、中央駅に近く空港への利便性が良い

シングルの部屋の広さは適当であった、
メイン通りに面するため、土曜日の夜のストリート宴会が明け方までうるさかった。毎日、35度の気温に対し、冷蔵庫の冷えが悪く、ホテル内の改修工事の埃も多かった。

ツインの広い部屋
駅近く、観光バスの乗り場に近く広場にもすぐに行ける

ミューバス、my busなどの観光バス発着場所へ、1分くらいで行けるので、ゆっくり朝食が取れる。広場へも近く、カールスプラッツデパートの地下で食糧品の買い物にも便利。ツインの40㎡超えの部屋は広く快適であった。
中央駅の前にあり、空港バス停へも3分でいける。
マイナス点は、工事中により館内が埃っぽい。wihiがi-phoneは接続できたが、初代ipadはid、パスワードで接続できなかった。
また、通り沿いにあるため、土曜日は明け方までの音楽やら、笑い声によりうるさくて安眠できなかった。

便利な場所
部屋が広く、リニューアルしたばかりのようできれいでした

中央駅からすぐ。隣りはLEWEという大きなスーパー、向かいはデパートでお土産を買ったり郊外への観光もとても便利なところ。
目の前を市電が走るのですが音はあまり気になりません。

ミュンヘン中央駅が目の前、マリエン広場まで歩いて楽しめるロケーション

部屋は大変広く（ダブルルーム）ゆったりと過ごせました。暖房の吹き出し口が部屋と浴室にひとつずつで、部屋の吹き出し口は大窓の下にありカーテンを閉めると吹き出し口が塞がれるため部屋があまり暖まらず、カーテンをたくしあげて吹き出し口を確保しました。ホテルスタッフはとても親切にいろいろと教えてくれます。ホテルのレストランのイタリアンはおいしかったです。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
マリエン広場までウインドウショッピングを楽しみながら歩いていける距離。中央駅は目の前なので空港、郊外や遠方に出掛けるにも簡単です。ミュウヘンの鉄道（db bahn）にはいろいろな割引料金の設定があり安い鉄道旅ができます。ただ、自動券売機の使い方は事前に調べておいた方が安心です。

スタッフの対応がよく、ロケーションも最高でした
駅から近いだけでなく、きれいで落ち着けるホテルでした

フロントスタッフはいつも笑顔で気持よく滞在できるホテルでした。
中央駅からも地下を通って行けば信号を渡ることもなく、地上に出てから走れば30秒でフロントに着きます。
お部屋もきれいで、また滞在したいホテルです。
Shopping Tip:
すぐ目の前にデパートがあり、確か朝9:30から開いているので、出発前にチラっと寄ったりもできます。
また、中央駅から地下街を通ってホテルに行く途中にスーパーだかドラッグストア「Muller」（だったかな？）があって、こちらは平日は夜22:00までやっているので、お土産探しに重宝しました。
