Very careful and warm service.feel like going back home with the old friends. And it was the first time for me to drink that kind of delicious cool water, just as Munich beers, so unbelievable. Karen H. Families with older children United States of America, July 23, 2012	Proved their mettle near bus and train stations 8.3 Everyone makes mistakes; what matters is how the mistake is handled. When we arrive at the hotel at 11:00 PM, they did not have a room for us; they had lost our reservation. However, since I had proof of booking, the hotel clerk phoned other hotels, found us a room at a more expensive hotel and covered the bill, and arranged for transportation.
