Good location but not very comforting

The hotel has a good location. The staff are friendly. We had two rooms. The first room was in the ground floor where it had patio on the garden and Kitchener including Microwave oven. The other room was in first level on front street and here come the problems; the room has no AC and it was a bit warm, when we open the window it's very noisy because of the cars in the streets. Also it seems there is a hospital nearby as I can hear a lot of ambulances during the night. Mattress and pillow wasn't that good. Wireless internet is expensive but there's a PC with internet on the roof. TV is LCD and very good. The room was clean and nice.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Instead of paying a lot for Internet, get it free in the meeting room on roof.

nice staythe rester ant at the hotel was very good,the location is only 4 stations from the center of munich it takes 10 min,the rooms are clean and cofteble,i recommend this hotel for business trips.
there is sauna room that i enjoyed using it,
