not bad overall .. with a great location

The hotel overall is ok .. not amazing but still good and value for money .. the location is perfect near to everything .. breakfast is nice .. rooms are big but i didn't like the style for the rooms

The room is clean. But the air condition is very confuse to operate, i.e. the sign with "Sun" means cool.
The location is very good, just nearby the main railway station.

Remarkable Location
Location and the capability of the reception Staff to speak English are the best features of the Hotel

the hotel has ideal location as you can reach any destination easily as it is located at the heart of munich. the central station where you find all your needs and all transportation means just across the road. marinplatz is within a walking distance of the hotel. tourist information office and the stations of city sightseeing buses are just few steps of the hotel.
in general the hotel is clean, but the rooms are small and has very standard decoration with dark colors ( i did not like) the other negative is that you have to be for everything even extension of checkout for one hour you have to pay euros. the loppy is so standard and does not indicate the level of 4 stars hotel.

Great location but small rooms

Rooms are clean though facilities are a bit old.
Rooms are small compared to NH Hotels in other cities.
Free wi-fi in lobby area is appreciated.
Location is excellent which is just opposite to train station.
But I thought gym facilities are inside the hotel which ended up to require extra charge at the facilitiy next door.

the hotel located infront of the central station of munich where every distenation can be approched. marienplatz and most of the shopping areas are reachable by walk.the city seeing buses station are across the road. in general the hotel has outstanding location. rooms of the hotel little bit small but not to small, the hotel clean and the staff are always with smile and can speak english fluently
Shopping Tip:
All shopping area within walking distance and transportation stations are availble in the hotel area
