Excellent customer service, great breakfast buffet, good location, easy to find.
This hotel's best feature are the people - excellent customer service. They answered all questions, trying to help guests at all times. Location is easy to find, and the bus stop is at the front door which takes you to the U-Bahn, so you don't need the car to go downtown. Breakfast buffet is included and has many great choices. Parking included, many parking spots available. All in all - great stay, recommending it whole heartedly!

Very good hotel. Friendly staff. Free internet for one hour. Comfy beds and spotless bathroom.
It's a bit far from the closest S- or U-Bahn, so it is better if you bring your car.
Very good hotel. Same quality as other NH hotels. We were there to spend one night during OktoberFest and it went all OK. It is not in the city center, but you can reach the center in 20 minutes by U-bahn.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't miss the Oktoberfest!!

Just one word, the Breakfast!
In general I was satisfied with the hotel. The only thing was that I was too cold in our room and I had to turn off the air conditioning.
We stayed just one night and we checked out early in the morning so I just can say that breakfast was wonderful. There was so much variety to choose from spanish hams, german sousages, cakes, full kind of bread, a cook to prepare hot dishes etc. So if you stay at this hotel enjoy their breakfast!
