Free tea, coffee and pastries in the lobby. Our only issue was that we were told on arrival that parking was free but at checkout they tried to charge us 6 euros per day (but didn't make us pay).
The Best Western City West is located (as the name suggests) in the central western suburbs of Nurnberg, i.e. it is in a commercial area rather than the heart of the tourist area. This doesn't really matter, since the U-Bahn is at the end of the road (1 minute away) and takes you into the Old Town in around 10 minutes. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. We had a large room with an extra bed brought in for our daughter. Luxury touches included a welcome chocolate on each pillow. Breakfast was included and was extremely generous - several varieties of cereal and muesli, bacon and eggs, smoked salmon, croissants. Best of all, tea, coffee and pastries are free in the lobby - we used this as a dessert on a couple of evenings! There are a number of restaurants and a large shopping centre a couple of minutes walk away.
Restaurant Tip : The Senefelder Haus restaurant has daily specials - we had "Mega - XXL" schnitzel which provided lunch the next day as well!

nearby subway station parking lot for free coffee and tea The hotel is well located. The metro station is just steps away. Thus we arrive very quickly in the old town. The hotel is spacious and very bright
