Pleasant stay
The hotel had the basic aminities, and was clean, rooms were big with friendly english speking staffs. Wide selections of tv channels. There was surely value for money. the bus stop was infront of the hotel,

as for our stay there, we found the hotel to be quite away from the center of numberg. we found this a problem especially because it was winter where it was just too cold to go around. the train station was not near as i expected it to be. the checking in into the hotel took some time, as we had to wait for the single double bed room to be ready. the bed was 2 single beds joint, which was very uncomfortable as we felt the springs. severe back ache the next day. we paid additional at the hotel for break first which we enjoyed. the wifi wasn't free we paid euro 17 for 24 hour access, which was available for access in the room.

Nice clean hotel somewhat out of the way, but convenient if you have a car. I can't remember the room being anything great but the pool made up for a lot. No WiFi in room but they had a business center with free internet connection.

Smart looking hotel with no charm

This Hilton hotel was a disapointment compared with many of teh hotels I have stayed in overseas. The entrance, recpetion area look nice and the staff were very helpful. Sadly the rooms were no bigger or better than a travel lodge type cheap overnight hotel. View from both rooms was dreadful, the only real positive was the swimming pool.
Restaurant Tip:
Food and drink in hotel were very expensive. If you are on a budget with younger family members you will be pleased to know that there several fast food places just across the main road!!

Club home on the skirts of the wood

The hotel is located next to the club’s premises of the German Soccer League Club 1. FC Nürnberg. For soccer fans this could count as an advantage now and then, for other guests this might be part of the problem, which is a serious lack of atmosphere. The reception was professional and polite, but not really outpouring any sort of exaggerated kindness. Nobody offered to help with the luggage, nobody attended me to the room and presented the room to me – well, there wasn’t much to present anyway. The interior was quite minimalistic, with an East-German touch (that might have been caused by the curtains). The bathroom sprayed the charm of a geriatric intensive care unit – pretty tasteless tiles, cold light, functional, but ineligible to provoke any emotions, at the utmost a slight shiver. The gym is well equipped and the pool is quite pleasing – probably a concession to the nearby sports club. It could have been a nice, calm place on the skirts of the wood, somehow charming, but no… - late at night an opera singer sang “Nessun dorma” beneath my window… not that bad, but after the third encore the admiring crowd worked my nerves. The breakfast was better than expected and the service there was friendly and full of attention. And last but not least it was comfortable to park the car. In the end it was somehow acceptable, but I don’t feel any need to repeat this experience.

Lovely hotel with good service

Reception is very good and smart. They provide prompt and good service. The room size is ok and clean. The breakfast is also good no matter of food or service. The distantace form center area is not far therefore it is convenience if you have car. Parking lot is free. I will stay another night when visit again.
