Excellent Location
Just next to the Railway station and easy access to the Historical Old Town of Nurnberg.

The excellent location enables us to use Nurnberg as the base to take out short trips to the beautiful historical towns nearby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the nurnberg railway main station is quite a large station with various shops and food halls open until late hours. follow the west corridor towards to west exit you will see the intercity hotel only 2 blocks away. you can do the sightseeing in the old town without using any transportation. the germanische national museum nearby (15 min walk)has huge and wonderful collections on various topics. beware that on sundays, almost all shops and department stores are closed. this applies to most cities in germany.

The hotel locate very close to the train station. The font dress is very nice and helpful. Some room has no air condition, if you travel during summer, I would recommend you to get a room with air condition. There is no free wifi, so you may consider to buy the package, it is cheaper.

Very nice hotel, but directly on the railway

we stayed there only one night during our trip in bayern. everything was good before i looked out of the window and saw the railway that the hotel was facing. so we could hear and actually feel every train passing by. however i guess they would have other rooms which do not face the railway. the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, you just need earplugs if you want a good night sleep:).
Travel tip:
bratwursthäusle is definitely a good restaurant if you want to try typical nürnberger food (the famous sausages etc). a restaurant near the famous rabit monument is good if you want to try the smoked bier from bamberg. bamberg (a town near nürnberg) is worth a visit on its own. if you would like to know more about nürnberg there are guided tours organised by the tourist info office in town, which cost 9 euros per person and are about 3 hours long, definitely worth your money! available in german and english
