we arrived at the hotel very tired and a little early , had to request reception not to shout at me when i enquired what time our room would be available, the romm was a twin not a double, reception just said it was their option on which we got, not theirs, fortunately the chambermaid was very understanding and changed the configuration to double after a few call to reception, message is put request on booking under special requests if you want a double

Convenient nice stay in city center
Location was excellent as just opposite the metro an easy to find. It is minutes away from the Plaka and close to Acropolis. It was not in a crowded area so was pleasant with a park opposite.
8.3
The stay was nice. Only bad thing was no free wifi and only 1 free computer to use . The staff was polite and helpful though not very much smiling.

Probably the best or the worst location

Well...it's Athens and this hotel sits right in front of the Parliament! If there's no protest then you're off the hook and you'll be staying in the most convenient location in Athens. But. If there's a protest? Now you're screwed! With all the noise, the car horn honking, the protesters shouting you name it it's there! The good news is hotel is right there next to Syntagma Metro Station and just 10 minutes walk to Acropolis and Plaka, 20 minute walk to Monastriaki if you don't feel like walking. Walk up Versailles Sofias and you're in Kolonaki where plenty of shops, cafe and restaurant and museums are.
