Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. It's hotel price was reasonable for me.
I was not aware Aristoteles Hotel was so far
away from the Athens International Airport. Using the Metro public
transportation train, it got me late for my flight and I had to pay
almost 300 euros just to fly one way from Athens to Frankfurt. That
was very disappointing. My taxi ride from the airport was quite
expensive because the hotel was so far away, not close to the airport
at all. The hotel reception was very efficient, check-in to the hotel
was fast. If you have more time for vacation, this hotel is reasonable
to go home to while exploring Athens.

really friendly irish bar staff, night manager helpful. Budget priced and sheets clean, air con works and room cleaned every day.
Day manager and helper not very friendly. It's located in a dingy area and a 15 mins taxi ride from the city centre.
We expected that we would not be in the city centre because we opted for budget priced stay in Athens, as we were only staying in Athens for 2 nights. It served us quite well, it definitely was not overpriced and the room was clean and bedding good. Breakfast was standard for Europe and the staff very effecient. We would stay there again.
Nightlife Tip : The Irish bartender can give you the best places to eat for value for money.

Shabby Hotel in need of update. Whilst we requested non smoking, the whole hotel seemed to be full of secondhand smoke
The Hotel was centeral and had a clean bed and facilities but lacked any real selling point. it was ok for one night, I think we stayed two - it was overpriced and over rated. I wouldnt choose or recommend the hotel. Reception staff sat smoking whilst checking us in and were not overly helpful. Breakfast was limited. The local area was a bit rough and in hindsight we probably would have looked to stay in Plaka which whils touristy would have been a better option for two nights
Travel tip : !0 minute walk to the metro
