Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to Acropolis. Dine in Plaka region. Tip best restaurant in all of Greece. We were the first Customers of the evening and approached by the chap updating the menu outside. We went in and had a great meal. We were not on our own very long. Loved the starters. Lamb was succulent, so was the chicken. - delicious. Greek Rose wine. , Baklava from heaven. Stamatopoulos Tavern -Lyssiou 26 | Plaka, Athens, Greece

the hotel is okay ,not so special , a bit old look
The rooftrrace is very nice and romantic with the view of the acropolis. the food is also ok. The pool is quit refreshing after a day of walking so be there before 17.00 otherwisw its closed

Directions
Getting to the hotel is simple. Right outside the departures hall of Athens International Airport, you will find a central bus station. Take the Express line, bus number X95, to Syntagma and then take Metro line 2 to Omonoia. Travel time is approximately 1 hour and 45minutes. Alternatively, you can take the Metro (blue line) from the airport to Sintagma station. Over here, change to the red line heading to Omonoia. There is also taxi station right outside the departures hall that is available 24 hours a day. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum charge for your transfer to any destination and you should also know that you will be asked to pay the Attiki Odos highway tolls too. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes. If you are traveling by car, there is excellent signing to lead you to the airport or the city center.
