Amazing!
Pool and bar on the rooftop, spa and steam room!!

let me start with breakfast. it was a mixture of english and european breakfast which didn’t leave us hungry and was delicious. the bar and pool deck on the top level had a spectacular view of athens, breath taking. also has great features such as spa, sauna and steam room and a gym (which wasn’t used much!) the staff were extremely helpful and were able to organize a private driver to drive us to the airport at 4.30am!

beautiful hotel excellent customer service not 1 problem with the hotel itself apart from the hotel location! its in a bit of a ruff area, wouldn't go to far being.a single traveller. but this wouldn't stop me staying at this hotel.again!!

the breakfast served was great. the food is pretty good. the major drawback is that the pool closes down by 6pm. it is early considering summer times. the rooms are decent in size but the air-conditioner was not too good, it was hot at times, the controller didnt seem to be working. but it is a good hotel to stay, the neighbourhood has a lot of cafes and restaurants on the main road but the back roads are very shady during a holiday as they are completely isolated.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a metro it is much convenient and easy rather than the taxis

I enjoyed my stay at the Melia. We were upgraded to a premier room without having to ask, which is always a welcomed touch. The rate was also reasonable. The room, while not large was consistent with European standards. The location was not the safest or most desirable (particularly after dark) but was convenient to the subway or even walking to restaurants and attractions.

Too far to the Athen City Square if you want to walk there.

modern hotel with a good location (i.e. to the metro station). the pool and roof top bar has a nice view. buffet breakfast has a decent variety of food. unfortunately, dining options at the hotel is very limited for dinners. the hotel only has one restaurant serving food for dinner (it is a buffet). free wifi connection is available at the reception area and business centre. would be good if free wifi was also available in the rooms
