Check-in and check-out were efficient. Great location, good sized room, comfortable bed. Loved the jacuzzi bath, just what I needed after an intense workout in the well equipped gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

New hotel near Central Point

Most hotels in Sabah are neither value for money (for Malaysia) nor very nice. I chose Klagan because it was new and even undergoing renovations (I didn't have any disruptive noises). But I was most pleased with this hotel because it did not have the typical musky odor that hotels in SE Asia have (tip: turn the A/C to "dry" if you have this option).
The staff was also helpful and spoke English. Otherwise, the hotel was unremarkable.

I liked Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Free wifi was available only in the lobby area.
Overall impression was that only a few staff were available in the lounge, reception, rooftop restaurant, etc.

modern hotel with a good location (i.e. to the metro station). the pool and roof top bar has a nice view. buffet breakfast has a decent variety of food. unfortunately, dining options at the hotel is very limited for dinners. the hotel only has one restaurant serving food for dinner (it is a buffet). free wifi connection is available at the reception area and business centre. would be good if free wifi was also available in the rooms

I really enjoyed my stay and found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful. Getting around was easy as the Ormonia metro station was quite close (though I had been warned that the area around the metro station is not so safe after dark). It was also a reasonable walk to see most of the tourist areas but I really enjoyed this.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you ask at the front desk for the things most worth seeing on different days as they are able to advise if there are any closures etc

위치는 역에서 그다지 멀지 않았고, 찾기도 쉬운편이었으나, 그 위험하기로 유명한 오모니아에서도 박물관 근처에 있어서, 밤에는 부랑자들이 많아, 나다니기가 무서운 곳,,,
