Dana H. Solo travelers United Kingdom, May 06, 2013	Average hotel in Athens location 6.3 I didn't like this hotel. The breakfast was poor. My room was really hot. Nothing was done when I complained about the air-con. The pillows were uncomfortable. The shower had mould in it. The lifts are very old. There is, however, a lovely view from the roof restaurant.

Business travelers France, April 24, 2013	CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTEL NICE VIEW ON ACROPOLIS BED, TERRASSE, STAFF 7.7 Centrally located in between the zeus temple and the acropolis, this is a great place for sightseeing. Staff is friendly, hotel is nice and bed comfortable. Great breakfast on the terrasse with view on the acropolis.THE ONLY THING is ask for a room on the acropolis side because on the street side it is very noisy....lot of cars!!

You wil have it all, when you stay at this hotel. The hotel facility & services is excellent (from A to Z), from my first arrival (early check-in)until my departure (early check-out). The hotel location is very closed to many tourist attractions such as The Acropolis Museum, Acropolis Artifact, Plaka & Syntagma Square. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The tourist attractions is just nearby the hotel and can be reached by walking. It is closed to The Artifact of 1'st Olympic Stadium, The Acropolis Museum, Acropolis Artifact, Plaka & Syntagma Square. So you wont't get boring on staying this hotel
Rick S. Couples Australia, January 30, 2013	Fantastic Views. Rated # 4 in the world and it is. Location. View. Staff. 9 The views from our room and the Rooftop Restaurant were breathtaking. The room was small but immaculate. Our balcony looked over the Acropolis. The location was central to most popular sites, as well as the cafes and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, and could not have done more to ensure our stay was comfortable. They all spoke reasonable English as well which was a surprise. Overall, a beautiful place, and I will stay there again. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Do as much research as you can before you leave home. Dont pre-book tours as you can book from your hotel the day before and tours are cheaper on site the internet booked. (3 Island tour was the best value by far!)

The breakfast spread was excellent. 7 Worth paying a little extra to get fantastic view of Acropolis. It was very near to the Metro and the HOHO bus. The bellboy named John was extremely helpful in giving us directions on the major sites and restaurants we can go to. However it would have been better if the Wifi was complimentary (we paid E20+ for 2 days) and if there was a coffee making facilities in the room.

Couples Malaysia, November 15, 2012	The Best hotel in Athens Acropolis and the temple of zeus is a stone throw away 10 The hotel has the best view in athens, the acropolis view and the temple of zeus view, the museum is next door, the park which i like the most is the hotel is walking distance to plaka area and the athens flea market. But if u are lazy to walk for 15 minutes take a cab which wont cost you more then euro 5. The hotel has a very nice roof top, with free internet access on the roof top and they also has 2 computers in the lobby for the internet usage. The hotel receptions were very friendly and helpful. The beds was very confortable and nice Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Dont forget to eat Souvlaki in thanasis in the heart of the flea market, its like subway but much better, If you are in Greece do like the Greece do and eat like they eat :)

Couples October 09, 2012	Great location, nice view of the Acropolis Walking distance to Plaka restaurants, nice view of the acropolis, clean comfortable rooms 9.3 The restaurants at the Plaka were very accessible from the Athens Gate hotel so it was convenient. We got the budget room because we were only staying for one night. The size was quite small but was comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very nice. They have taxi cabs waiting right outside the hotel so it was easy for us to hop on a cab for our early flight the next day. Restaurant Tip: There is a restaurant called Sholario Ouzeri Kouklis walking distance from the hotel. Good ambience and reasonably priced food. If you are on a budget, you can opt to stay at the bar and just order drinks.
Lawrence L. Couples Australia, October 04, 2012	Great hotel Location, view from roof 9 The hotel is new and modern located near the Plaka area but easily accessed by taxi, bus or subway. Free WiFi on the roof garden with a fantastic view of the Akropolis/Parthenon. Breakfast is served in the restaurant/bar on the roof. Rooms are average size. Most have a small verandah although some do have large ones. The bathroom is a good size. The only negative is my pet hate of beds with plastic protectors on the mattress.

Rooms have been rerubished and buffet breakfast was great 8.3 This Hotel was in a great location for visting the acropolis. It was also close to a large number of restaurants and bars. The room were spacious and very modern and the staff were very friedly and helpful.
