Very convenient for accessing to Athens Airport

We stayed here for one night for our early morning flight from Athens Airport. The shuttle bus is just 50 meters from the hotel and take about 20-30 mins to the airport. Because it is also close to Rafina port so recommend for those who have a early morning flight or ferry.

Our stay at Avra Hotel, Rafina
Clean, good customer service, convenient to airport, nice town, breakfast provided.

My wife and I stayed at the Avra Hotel in Rafina the night of November 18, 2009. We made an easy connection at the airport with the comfortable regional bus. We had read an unfavorable review on another website, but cannot believe the writer had stayed at the same hotel. Perhaps it was before the renovation. We found the hotel to be very inviting, with good customer service at the front desk. When we inquired about a place for dinner, we were invited to visit and look at the menu of the hotel restaurant. The clerk offered to make further recommendations if we wished. She set up a wakeup call for 3 AM and offered a breakfast box for us. She arranged for a taxi to the airport at 3:30 AM, and the driver was waiting when we came down. The room was small, but convenient, comfortable and immaculate.

Nice hotel, but not an airport hotel
The hotel was nice and clean. The room was a decent size, bathroom was on the small side, but everything seemed relatively new.

This hotel was nice and had good views, but was also quiet. The neighbourhood was good, lots of small cafes and enjoyable to walk around the port. The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. If departing from the port would stay here again, but wouldn't use it as an airport hotel.

das hotel avra in rafina besticht vor allem durch die sagenhafte lage-man kann in 5 minuten den koffer vom hotel auf das schiff rollen. ausserdem ist der hafen viel beschaulicher als piraeus. wenn rafina dann unbedingt hotel avra.

アテネ空港に深夜着、その翌朝にミコノス島へ渡る際に宿泊しました。
(アテネ近郊のピレウス港経由だと空港からはアテネを挟んで逆方向になってしまうため、空港から比較的近いラフィーナ港を選択)
アテネに着いたのが深夜2時前、ホテル着が2時半を過ぎていましたが、フロントには人がおり、事前に旅行会社から送ってもらっていたフェリーのチケットの受け渡しも含めてテキパキと対応してくれました。
部屋は広くはないものの、新しくキレイです。
朝食も海を眺めながら戴け(宿泊当日は小雨でしたが)、もう少し滞在しても良かったかな、と思わせるホテルでした。
Travel tip:
アテネからの船での島めぐりはピレウス港を使用される方が多いと思いますが、
私と同じパターンで旅行される(アテネに深夜着→ミコノス島へ渡る)場合は、ラフィーナ港の方が便利と思います。

항구 근처에 있어 도보로 찾아가기 쉬웠습니다.
하지만 근처에 즐길 거리가 별로 없습니다.
식당가 대부분은 그리스 음식을 주로 판매하고 카페가 많았습니다.
호텔 시설은 일반적인 비지니스 호텔이었도 하루 숙박할 정도지만 장기간 숙박은 별로인듯 합니다. 그리고 화장실에서 이상한 냄새가 나요.

Rafina er for meg et sted jeg overnatter for å vente på båten neste dag. Jeg har alltid bodd på det billigste stedet, men bestemte meg for å prøve Avra, selv om det kostet 10 euro mer. Og jeg fikk veldig mye igjen for pengene! Det var en fantastisk betjening, blide og hjelpsomme, og de snakket godt engelsk! Rommet var greit, rent og pent, og badet var nydelig. En liten terrasse med havutsikt, gjorde det perfekt.
Jeg kommer nok til å fortsette med å bo der fra nå av.
