Charming hotel but small bedrooms

unfortunately no gym; the breakfast is not worthy of a so called 5 stars hotel and the bathroom and the toilets are not well enough separated fro the bedroom... without forgetting this horrible lounge music you have everywhere in the hotel (especially unbearable at breakfast time when you would prefer a silent environment)

Nice hotel - but not enough value for the money

I've stayed in the Excelsior 2 nights. First thing that caught my attention was the extraordinary small rooms. Mine had like 10 - 15 sqm give or take. Considering the amount of money I paid, that was unsatisfactionary. Besides parking costs another 20 Euros per day, which came as a surprise after I was told that it would cost 8. After all, the rooms were clean, they had a average breakfast buffet, service personnel was very polite but those are things I honestly expect from a 5 star otherwise I wouldn't book it in the first place.
