What a great little find!
Great location, great price for an apartment with cooking and laundry facilities, quiet street but close to everything!

We had a really great stay here. Plenty of room, nice and quiet, we had a balcony, it was clean, we could cook our own meals, or walk to nearby Andrassy Ut if we didn't feel like cooking. Supermarket around the corner. Great bars down the road. 10 minutes from centre and town and christmas markets, Danube... Close to Széchenyi Baths... Definitely would stay again and will be telling all my friends. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Have the experience of actually living in Budapes
Great location, clean and very reasonable

This accommodation was actually a furnished apartment with all amenities. Eating in could be an option if you chose. There was a washing machine available within so unnecessary to pack lots of clothes. Location was great, within a block of the Opera House. I would recommend to anyone who did not have 5 star tastes. I have placed a "1" on the rating below because there was no staff, dining or hotel features because of the apartment status.

Actually an apartment in a block of flats, ours was a spacious 2 bedroom (the largest), 4th floor modern simple interior, with open kitchen/living room. Beds were a little on the low-middle class side ;-). Balcony, view to the inner courtyard with a not so nice view. Narrow one-way alleys, near to Deak Ferencs metro station, ca. 700 m to trams and metro, fairly nice restaurants nearby, quiet - easy access anywhere. Parking house just below. Access from Rackozy ut closed (10/2012), take the previous alley (driving direction on the hotel street is away from Rackozy ut). No meal services.
Travel tip:
Budapest has an excellent public transport - daily ticket cost less that 10 euro: trams, metro, buses (trains?). Get the ticket e.g., on the metro ticket office. Gets you very quickly around the city.
