What a great little find!
Great location, great price for an apartment with cooking and laundry facilities, quiet street but close to everything!

We had a really great stay here. Plenty of room, nice and quiet, we had a balcony, it was clean, we could cook our own meals, or walk to nearby Andrassy Ut if we didn't feel like cooking. Supermarket around the corner. Great bars down the road. 10 minutes from centre and town and christmas markets, Danube... Close to Széchenyi Baths... Definitely would stay again and will be telling all my friends. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Have the experience of actually living in Budapes

This accommodation was actually a furnished apartment with all amenities. Eating in could be an option if you chose. There was a washing machine available within so unnecessary to pack lots of clothes. Location was great, within a block of the Opera House. I would recommend to anyone who did not have 5 star tastes. I have placed a "1" on the rating below because there was no staff, dining or hotel features because of the apartment status.

Actually an apartment in a block of flats, ours was a spacious 2 bedroom (the largest), 4th floor modern simple interior, with open kitchen/living room. Beds were a little on the low-middle class side ;-). Balcony, view to the inner courtyard with a not so nice view. Narrow one-way alleys, near to Deak Ferencs metro station, ca. 700 m to trams and metro, fairly nice restaurants nearby, quiet - easy access anywhere. Parking house just below. Access from Rackozy ut closed (10/2012), take the previous alley (driving direction on the hotel street is away from Rackozy ut). No meal services.
Travel tip:
Budapest has an excellent public transport - daily ticket cost less that 10 euro: trams, metro, buses (trains?). Get the ticket e.g., on the metro ticket office. Gets you very quickly around the city.

We travelled as small group of mates and had a great time in Budapest. The extra freedom that an apartment provided was perfect for us.
Aboriginal is located in a Bohemian area of the city with loads of cool and offbeat shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. It's also got great transport links and is really close to the city centre.
Nightlife Tip:
Just take a short walk around the area in any direction and it's all there. Check out the ruin pubs.

Great Location for a good price
Walking distance to many of the sights in Budapest.

Friendly staff and good workout room. Close to many shops and restaurants.
Be careful on a weekend when they have a local market that blocks off access roads. It was difficult navigating back to hotel (by car).

Its a very nice accommodation. Very close to shops, restaurant and tourist attraction. It has an adequate gym where you can stay fit and make friends too. Room is clean. Housekeeping person was very kind to wash my dishes. Furnitures are quite new. Electrical appliances working well. Wifi connection is fast. Apartment receptionist are very kind and helpful. I felt secure staying in the apartment.

The apartment was excellent. Big, bright, with kitchen and laundry. Location is A+. There's also a free gym in the complex. The reception ladies are nice and friendly. One of the secuirty doormans couldn't speak english and was insane when I tried to ask him to use the gym - he wouldn't even look at me so I could explain. It was very funny though, he just needs to relax or get a new job. It didn't affect our stay.

perfect apartment
well designed , fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a great location.

The two bedrooms are split by the living area so each has privacy. Modern facilities and up to date appliances. Quiet ambiance. The only complaint was that the sofabed was not comfortable to sit on. A minor fault.Otherwise couldn't fault it and would stay there again.
