old/dangerous/unfriendly staff.

I chose this hotel because of the good pricing. but I realized that I made a mistake because the room was small and old. It almost like a prisoner expect one window which is made toward the inside the building. There are several poor people begging for the money as soon as you walk out the hotel lobby and also some bad people around the hotel.
