Very close to train Vienna West station. easy to walk to tram and U bahn ( under train ) station. The room on back side only have 1 elevator and its pretty slow. The coridor on the hotel room is not so clean ( may be under renovation ). Wireless internet is not available at the room. This is the hotel that convinience to reach if you take train from some European country and visit Vienna. The area is close to main shopping center. Need to remain yeaha..the main tourist attraction such as museum and cathedral is not located in shopping center but in old town / stephanplaz. Its almost to far to walk from hotel to tourist center. However you can take U train from West train station and aprroximately 4 stop.
Hotel Feature Tip : The receptionist guy try to convince you that you has been up grade for better room which actually I believed its not true. I ask the room facing street and he gave me a room with window facing their tiny garden. the receptionist guy told me that was the up graded room. I came back and tell the receptionist I want a room facing the street and he said oh..sorry I told you want a quite room. I said no I want a room facing the street and finally he gave me room facing the street without saying anything. Surprise me the room facing street is bigger and better roon compare to the one he told me was up graded room. So I guess its all lie just to make customer happy by saying up grading your room but actually is not true.

old/dangerous/unfriendly staff. I chose this hotel because of the good pricing.
but I realized that I made a mistake because the room was small and old. It almost like a prisoner expect one window which is made toward the inside the building.
There are several poor people begging for the money as soon as you walk out the hotel lobby and
also some bad people around the hotel.
