Modern, friendly staff and clean, lots of extras
Clean, good food, hard working staff
7.7
Clean hotel, staff work hard to please you!
Welcome drink was appreciated after a long day of
Travel. Good nights sleep, quiet area. Is a bit if a walk
To city centre but we didn't mind. There is a tram
Which I would recommend for solo travellers. The area
The hotel is in can appear quite dodgy at night! Long alley ways
And little lighting! Has a gym, free access to DVD players etc
They try to help . Good hotel

A clean and comfortable hotel
very good service and friendly staff
6.7
This is a hotel not near to main attraction. Need to walk for 10 mins from the hotel to subway and tram station, and then take another few tram or train stops to the city centre.
However, all staff are very friendly and helpful. They have staff to help you 24 hours.

Attentive staff and great location
Modern facilities with an interior courtyard/garden for smokers, great breakfast
8.7
I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 nights at this boutique hotel; the staff were very helpful. The room I stayed in was very modern and quiet, with a skylight (no window), wi-fi and safe for valuables. There was no power outlet in the bathroom so make sure you check if you're planning to take a hairdryer, electric shaver etc. with you.
The hotel is very conveniently located and is about a 5-minute walk from Ráday utca, a wonderful street in central Budapest with great restaurants (Costes, Pata Negra) and jazz bars. The streets near the hotel are poorly lit and the area certainly doesn't have the upmarket feel of other areas near the castle or river, but the area felt very safe.

Modern hotel nice good rooms and helpful staff
Service, comfort, transportation links
8.3
Bo18 is modern, stylish, in an area with good transportation links and easy walking to many restaurants. The staff put a premium on welcoming you, and go out of their way to find you a fact or make a reservation. From the hotel it is quick and convenient to use the metro and trams, which you will need to do to get to many of the main tourist attractions.

Excellent value hotel with great staff
Good sized rooms, excellent staff, very good breakfasts included, very quiet area
9.3
This hotel, although a good walk from the heart of Budapest,is nonetheless well located, with a metro station within 5 mins walk.Excellent staff, all fluent in English ,made our stay most pleasant. The rooms are of a good size and comfortably fitted out.The nearby new shopping mall is a bonus, and the area feels safe.much new development is happening in this area so it will continue to improve.
Restaurant Tip:
Within a 10 min walk of the hotel is an excellent "Eat Street" Rada Utica. Many choices of dining and far more patronized by locals than tourists.Better prices than the very touristy Vaci St.

Very good quality/price, very kind staff
Clean, location, staff, breakfast, quiet, gym
9.7
I was particularly impressed by the staff, everybody is so kind and helpfull, it's difficult to find these kind of people in Budapest (unfortunately)
The location it's easy to reach by public transportation, from the airport take a bus and the metro at the first station, than just 5 minutes walk from the stop (don't remember the name..) but you can find easily on gmaps
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
AVOID Rudas baths, very dirty, they are so lazy, never seen them cleaning the floor in 4 hours, in some pool the wates is dirty, they do no maintenance to the showers and are smelly, AVOID the massage. I suggest you Széchenyi thermal bath in the park, much better

Great hotel highly recommended
Excellent facilities and friendly staff
9
when we arrived we were welcomed in a very polite and friendly manner in english and everything was clearly explained. we even had a complimentary glass of hungarian wine which we could enjoy at any point during our stay. our room was spacious and clean and the ensuite was lovely too. the bed was a good size and comfortable although it consisted of two beds pushed together as opposed to a double bed. the only fault that we could find with the room is that the tea and coffee were not complimentary although they weren't expensive. we had free access to the jacuzzi included in the price and we could also use the hotel's ipad and laptop for internet access. the lounge area was very charming with board games on every table and televisions. the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great choice. the hotel is situated near a metro stop on line 3 which was very useful and we were able to sightsee without any problems.
Restaurant Tip:
we would highly recommend the "trofea grill etterem"
30 - 32 kiraly utca, budapest, hongrie. this is an all you can eat buffet style restaurant with hungarian specialities a cook to order grill and lots of high quality food. unlimited drinks include wine, beer and champagne! we went at lunchtime and it was about £10 each, a bargain! the service was very professional and we really enjoyed the whole experience.

Location not perfect but I enjoyed ith there.
Excellent breakfast and loft
7.3
I would happily stay there again, good value through this site (agoda). Breakfast and the facility was great. WI-FI worked very well and the staff very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ensure you know exactly how to travel into Town, because I found it easy to get lost.
