Great location, friendly staff.
Beautiful lobby area, friendly staff who speak English well. Very clean and well presented rooms.

Lobby area is very well presented, with friendly staff to greet you that speak English well.
The room was cleaned well.
Soos from the bistro was lovely and made our stay enjoyable and also gave us some ideas for our stay.
The only down side was that we had noisy neighbours who also had a child with them, I don't know if they were just really loud and inconsiderate of others or that the hotel walls are thin.

The location of the Hotel is very good. It's locate near the Freedom Bridge and 10 meters from hotel you will find a Big!! shopping street where you can buy manythings. The breakfast is good and fresh. The room is new and clean and make me feel very comfortable. I think that this hotel is a good choice for all kinds of traveller

my stay at the Boutique Zara hotel was perfect. The hotel was recently renovated and ideally located in the center of the city. The only weakness of this hotel is perhaps the noise. Actually, the rooms are badly soundproof.

Extremely decent price for a good location. The rooms are neat,clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was simple yet appetizing. Most importantly, the service was excellent. I felt really welcome once I stepped in the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Check where is the nearest canteen, where you can find authentic hungarian cuisines for extremely decent prices. Potato dumplings are a must try. Use free walking tours to find out more.

Room is nice and clean but a bit small, basic room I would say, the hotel is noisy especially in the morning, breakfast is nice but the dining place is a bit small that there is no space for you to dine when you go down at their peak hours,

This is a really nice hotel in great location. It is a clean, modern hotel. The rooms are exactly as pictured. The staff is really friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A great bonus when we checked in were free passes to the thermal baths. I suggest you ask reception for the large double duvet they provide upon request (rather than the two thin singles). We had a great stay at this hotel. The only thing that would have made it better would be an entertainment channel in English. All the English channels were news and sports. Not a problem if you speak German.
Restaurant Tip:
If you're there during the Christmas season, eat at the Christmas market. It's only a 10-15 minute walk away down the main walking street.

Two thumbs up for this hotel! Good service, very helpful staffs especially from the girl at the reception, I did ask her where I can buy a wire socket since I came from Asia instead of telling where to get it, she lend me the socket which is great...Overall the hotel is outstanding & I would recommend this hotel to anyone...
