Located in the Heart of Budapest, when you enter the Old Building and reach the Hotel on the 3rd Floor,you have no idea of the Comfortable Modern room that awaits you. Some of the rooms have Jacuzzi in the Bathrooms. You can walk to a number of sites from the Hotel,and you right next to a Metro stop when you come out the Front Door.The hotel is Quiet in the Evenings and the Staff is Friendly and helpful.

stayed for 3 nights on a budget and it was a real gem. price was fantastic for a hot jacuzzi after wandering around in the winter.
the staff here were so friendly and attentive when you need them. tea and cookies in the reception that i did not discover until check out -- so don't over look it.
small kitchenette allowed me to cook myself and it was wonderful.
wish they had breakfast or kitchen, but you get a voucher for only 3 euros for a very nice place only a few steps away.
super close to shopping, great food, sights, and nightlife
a little hard to find so keep an eye for it and follow instruction they send you when you get your confirmation.

Ignore the outer door, ignore the inner area, ignore the creaky lift, the hotel starts on the third floor.
The reception staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The room( well, our room) was large with a large bathroom attached and the wifi was free.
Breakfast is taken at a (very) nearby restaurant. It's good value for 3 euros(a unit of currency in certain parts of Europe). In fact the restaurant is good value even outwith breakfast time.
The only drawback was the additional tax. Agoda's email said that the final price included all taxes. I pointed this out to the receptionist, who was asking for some tourist tax. She said "They've got it wrong"(or words to that effect). I was mortified, having neither euros nor forint with which to pay this new tax. They were also upset because they had no way to accept British or Scottish pounds

the hotel takes up the 3rd floor of a residential apt tenement style building so is a bit difficult to locate the first time. nice rooms with high ceilings and a unique flavor to looking out into the courtyard where there are a few crafts and specialty shops. very quiet. two rooms are very close to the reception area and one room is right next to the laundry facility, as long as you dont stay in those rooms you are assured privacy and quiet. no frills, basic lovely stay - good exploration point. staff could have been more helpful - when requested to call a taxi for the morning, they told us we could do it ourselves from the room. while language did not turn out to be a problem, the principle of customer service was somewhat lacking from the front desk. a/c didnt work.

The location of hotel is good, just near the Metro station. The thing most impressed me is the bathroom. It was very clean with a massage bath.
Breakfast was not included in the price and have to pay a city-tax when arrived.
