Cleanliness, quietness, staff was always willing to help.
Breakfast not included in price, hotel was going to charge 20 euros for one load of laundry.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights during our Eastern Europe trip. It was the third hotel out of 4 we were going to experience. Out of the four, it was the second best hotel we stayed at. the location in to town was prob the biggest downer, being we had to walk then catch a tram, after that a subway just to go to the baths. (the closest baths) other than that, the hotel room, was huge, beds were very comfortable,and breakfast was great! we were also able to check in early and out late without an extra charge. he staff helped us with so much as well, from ordering pizza, to going to the movies!
Travel tip : Trams are great and get to from point A to point B. But also, don't for get to ride bikes! that was the best part of the trip. we rented bike and road around for hours!
