Please note that the reception will be operating from 9:00 to 21:00 every day. The check in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 every day. Late check-in or after 21:00 will have to pay a fee of 15 Euros. The check-out time is till 11:00 am. Late check-out or after 11:00 am will be charge an extra night. Keys should be return at the Custumer Service Office, which is at Hungary 1061 Budapest, Paulay E.u. 20. If keys are lost, please contact the Customer Service, who will replace them. Guests will have to compensate a 30 Euro fee for lost keys. Please note that if guests are locked out of the property between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am and needs assistance to enter the property, Guests must pay 50 Euro administration fee.

Please note that weekly cleaning are provided for guests who stays more than 6 days. The additional cleaning service charge is 15 Euros. One set of towels per person is provided, however, additional tower set is 10 Euros for laundry costs. Guests aren’t allowed to remove the towels from the apartment. Any unreasonable towels will be disposed will be charge at the rate of 15 Euros per towel. All the cost of replacement of towels will be deducted from the guest’s credit/debit card provided upon arrival. Bed linen are provided, however, additional bed linen is charged at 10 Euros per set.

Please note that there is a security deposit of 300 Euros. Your credit card will be charge to the amount to compensate for any damages. However the card will not be charge if there are no damages. If any damages that occur or affected neighbor’s property, the Central Capital Apartments has the rights to request the guests to leave the premises and forfeit any money paid. Moreover, guests have to pay for the damages they caused. If the damages are done beyond the security bond, the damages must be paid in cash. However, if some damages are discovered after guests have left the premises; the Central Capital Apartments reserves the rights to charge the damages to the credit/debit card after guest’s departure.
