The hotel with the perfect location
Great value hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small with simple standard but clean.

This hotel with fairly simple standard offers great value if you are going to be in Budapest a few days and want to be close to everything. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. Breakfast buffet is basic but ok considering that it is included in the price of the room. Make sure to not book a room facing the main street. There are quite a lot of noise from traffic all day and night. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the hotel, and there are two fairly long stairs to go in order to come up to the room. Stairs gets pretty tough when you have walked around town all day.

it was nice to stay @ hotel ring budapest.very helpful staff and they have a nice smile all the time. breakfast is nice too. it was my 3.time in this hotel. i think they should do the rooms refurb. and need a fresh paint again.
very good location but the hotel is getting dirty and worn out state.
Restaurant Tip:
Very good restaurants nearby the hotel on Szt.Istvan Krt.Depends on price but from morning to midnight they always open and welcome the guest.

Budapest is no longer a cheap city! Prices more like W Europe capitals now. Room rate reflected this. And the room was small & dark
Travel tip:
Beware of scammers! Was invited for drinks by 2 friendly seemingly innocent Hungarian girls, & later presented with a bill for hundreds of US$!!! for 5 or 6 lousy drinks!

great price on agoda - clean - good location

A simple room/ensuite - everything working - 24/7 shop downstairs - very near to rail station (handy for cheap train to/from airport)
Hotel Feature Tip:
there is no food/drink provision so buy your minibar stuff from the 24/7 downstairs and put in the room fridge

- sin ascensor, son MUCHAS escaleras hasta el segundo piso, subir las maletas un suplicio
- sin espacio en recepcion, un solo PC con acceso a Internet siempre ocupado por la que limpia que estaba chateando
- habitaciones amplias pero aspecto un poco cutre
- Desayuno malo, poca variedad, si se termina algo no reponen

superbe visite , malgrés la nuit qui tombe a 16h en hivers, les transports son super , nous avons pris des billets pour une semaine ideale , on peut faire tous les transports, les restos italien heureusements , car pas de bon resto hongrois pas cher, hotel pas cher , chambre assez grande , mais trés simple , un peut de bruits la nuits car les trams circulent la nuit, chambre propre , personnels trés bien ,beau monuments , de beaux marchés de noël, séjour trés agréable ,notre voyage avait un but , c'etait dentaire, super les dentistes nous repartirons pour des implants ,bon suivi, dentistes sérieux
