this is my second time in this hotel and it continues to be my go-to place during my short business trips to the budapest. good part of town, nice restaurants nearby.
Shopping Tip:
an easy and nice stroll from the hotel to the shops by the river.

Elegant hotel in a great location

I booked a 3 day stay here for business and was quite pleased with the staff and location. The rooms were nice and the overall feel of the hotel was one of elegance. It is helpful to request a quiet room, as some of the rooms face an atrium which can be noisy if events are being held there. I would definitely come back here on my next visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is an easy and nice walk from the hotel to the riverside, passing by lovely parks and old quarters of town.

good rooms, nice beds, and a terrific location near liszt ferenc, walk everywhere

this is a classic budapest five star, very nice rooms, but it is located in central budapest and you can walk everywhere to the west end, to the river and basilica and you are one block from liszt ferenc square. if you plan to sleep late avoid the rooms on floors 1 and 2 on the street as these can be noisy. otherwise, rooms are nice with comfortable beds, reasonable bathrooms, and i had free internet access with my executive room. agoda had a great price. the breakfast was ok, but not stellar. but, i will probably stay here next time for the the location.

this hotel is in a great location. central to restaurants etc, downtown. great pool and spa. good breakfast, nice staff. chinese restaurant inside hotel is good.

Fourth stay this year, will come back again. The location is great for going out to restaurants - very central, the spa is good for relaxing. If brakfast is included in your rate, you can get delivered to your room (plus a room service fee), which is a definite plus.

This is the third time I've stayed there this year. I will go back next time too.
- Style: feels like you are in a luxury hotel
- Spa / pool: Relax in the heated pool/bath, sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath
- Breakfast (room service): Not too expensive, big fruit platter, fresh juices, rolls/croissants

Second stay here and it was just as pleasant as the first. Staff friendly, helpful. The spa is really amazing and very relaxing. Easy location for business but also all the restaurants and cafes around. Will probably stay there next time again.

Fantastic Experience in Budapest

My business travels brings me to many countries globally, including various cities in Europe. The Corinthia in Budpaest is certainly able to match and exceed the standards of other better known brands like the Conrad, Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Swissotel, etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a leisurely walk to the Castle District across the Danube river in the morning. Stop by one of the numerous cafes up on the hill, and enjoy a wonderful lunch with Goulash soup and other Hungarian dishes.
