Hotel Description

As with any Hilton Hotel, this property is both corporate-minded and tourist-friendly and has convenient links to everything. Adjoining the WestEnd shopping complex in Pest, a few minute's walk north of downtown, Hilton Budapest WestEnd Hotel is right on metro and bus stops and, being part of a major westernized mall, suffers from no shortage of shops or restaurants. Rooms are top-class business in standard and offer the soft beds, marble bathrooms, charged internet access and full ancillary services expected of the five-star chain - everything still new since the hotel was built only recently. Views can be had from some parts of the hotel - including the lounge on the fourth floor and both international and Hungarian dishes are served onsite - not that Hungary's best restaurants can't be found moments from the door.

Business travelers United Kingdom, April 12, 2013	don't stay here! worst hotel ever! leaving, the taxi to the airport and once again, leaving 2.7 dreadful. the staff entered my room whilst i was at work for a cigarette!!! the front desk denied it was them. the pillows are all feather and when i requested a non-feather pillow it had the consistency of an empty envelope. if you're lucky the staff ignore you if not they tend to be rude. this is the 2nd and last time i stay here!

Business travelers United Kingdom, February 08, 2013	disappointing for a Hilton location 6 low quality for a Hilton. disinterested staff who appear to think that customers are in the way. the location is close to the tram/trains and the shopping centre attached means that most things can be bought quite easily. the rooms are a good size though the bathroom shower produced water with a horrible smell. despite the loaction being so close to my office i would be unlikely to use this hotel again Restaurant Tip: sir lancealot - good food, good value and a medieval type show. different and interesting for a meal one night
