Great price but not perfect location

It was nice, i hade to take a lot of tram and taxis to go around the city center; howver, the rooms were big, the crew were doing there best to provide nice services eventhough most of them spoke only hungarian and were avoiding any questions.
They had great breakfast, and the price for the room was a bargain.
the lunch meal was also very cheap if you are on a budget.

the hotel was very pleasant and quiet at night, the tram journey to the city centre took about 20 minutes. the hotel staff spoke english and were very helpful (we were allowed to leave the luggage in the storage room on the last day, free of charge and to print our on-line check in documents free of charge). the breakfast consisted of a variety of food to choose from- ranging from scrambled eggs to cereal and fruit, so there's something for everyone. the room was spacious and clean with air conditioning, which helped a lot during a very hot august day. overall impression was very positive.

The hotel was basic, and no frills but very clean. I was in the hotel most mornings and the cleaners cleaned every room and worked very hard.
The reception was a let down, every time i asked for something or some advice i felt as if i was been a hindrance. Sometimes when i came back to the hotel, i would ask for my key, it would passed to me without any eye contact or words... it was all a bit odd.
There is a book in the room that decribes what is on offer at the hotel, there were3 pages in different languages about getting your laundry done, how much it cost, and the sheet yo fill out etc. I took my laundry to reception and asked about the service, the reply was "we dont have laundry" I explained that i had a book in the room saying they did with the prices... the answer was "no" that was it. No explanations or an effort to try and find out, or remove the book form my room etc.
I didnt have a bad experience at the hotel, it was clean and did the job, but the customer service could come up a couple of nitches.
I would stay thee again

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Budapest

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hotel griff de Budapest et nous sommes ravis.
L'hotel est proche du centre de Budapest,il possède un parking gratuit et se situe en face d'un arrêt de métro,il est donc très facile de visiter Budapest.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien sous forme de buffet salé et sucré.Sur place un restaurant ouvert midi et soir ,bonne nourriture.
L'hotel dispose d'une salle de sport, d'un sauna et d'un jacuzzi avec accès gratuit,très agréable le soir après une journée de visite.
Les chambres sont grandes et propres,les seviettes de toilette changées tous les jours.
Petit bémol ,pendant notre séjour,il y avait un groupe d'une cinquantaine de jeunes lycéens ,bruyants le soir.
Travel tip:
Bon hotel ,très bon rapport qualité ,prix.
