The hotel is a typical Ibis style hotel. Clean though a bit small. The location is great as it is close to major transportation points for easy access to major sightseeing areas. Great restaurants are just a few steps from the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy a one day transportation ticket for tour around the city is more economical and get a great experience. You can buy it in an underground railway station.

the hotel is very simple and basic with no extra comfrt. there are no cups or a coffee maker in the room and the decor is very simple and cold.

the location was good, close to the danube. friendly front desk. the view from the room was not great, it was overlooking the backyards of old houses. bathroom very small, sitting on the toilet and bending forward a little, your head would hit the wall in front of you. wifi was a big let down as it was not avlbl reliably. the front desk tried their best but they could not do much.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk along the Danube, go up the hill to the Museum and Matyas Church and see the Parliament and Basilica

From M1 cross Szabadsag Bridge. After the 2nd traffic light turn into Raday utca.
Fro Airport take direction City Centre. After Feremc Korut by the 3rd traffic light turn left into Erkel utca. At 2nd corner turn into Lonyai utca. By the traffic light turn right and right again.
