availability receptionist Rooms with too much light too noisy air conditioner noise no hairdryer in the bathroom dirty pillows two single sheets rather than a double staff very attentive to the breakfast room cleaning breakfast buffet very poor supply of non-elevator out of service several times Overall a great room and a cozy breakfast but not qualitatively equal to the three stars. in Italy would have been classified as a maximum pension / hotel 1 star. not recommend this to a friend for a position in a half-abandoned neighborhood planning is uneven.
