My friend and I had a great time and would go back to the hotel again.They are aiming to get the last 1/2 star to make them 5 star with Trip Advisor, so all the staff are trying hard to make this happen.We liked the unusual decor,even if the tv coming on inside the mirror when we walked past it was rather odd!It was very clean and you could tell it was quite new, in a good way.

Located right in vaci street where everything is happening, staying in vaci is too easy, great food and shopping right outside the hotel, other attractions are easy distance walk from hotel, or for something little further, the metro is nearby. simply located at safest part of town, the young man who work at the reception is also very professional and warm in assisting us. well done la prima.

This is a good choice in Budapest if you are looking for a good location at an affordable price, the rooms are not to big but can acommodate two people with not problems at all the breakfast is a good plus not for vegetarians but this is all the same in all easter. Europe i think. The location is superb but the hotel is not ease to find very small entrance and signs you don not see it unless you know the exactlocation it is easier to go to the italian restaurant next door and ask there for the place. I wiil recommend the hotel to anyone.
Nightlife Tip:
Some girl clubs arround and women offering "company".

We were at Budapest for 3 nights, this hotel was perfectly situated for the visits. It is also near the shopping area and there is a metro station, just about 5min. from the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Green route(sighseeing tour) is perfect for visiting Budapest. The ticket costs F6000 and it's for 2 days. It's the best value for money.

Great hotel - felt new and was clean. Lovely breakfast - hot and cold choices. Wonderful coffee. Only negative would be the bathroom shower is combined with the bath so you need to watch the water on the floor.

The hotel is located in exact center of Budapest! On the sidewalk of the central shopping/walking Vaci street! Though the neighbourhood is full of people most time of the day it does not effect the silence of the rooms, as many of them are facing court yard.
Rooms are amazingly beautiful and comfy and homy! Seriously! Was pretty difficult to leave the room to go for sightseeing! LOL. They must have fairies for chamber maids as they have never been seen and made magic preparing the room even if we only were out for 5 minutes or so!
The breakfast was quite various, but you need to have some explorer skills - it took some time to figure out where are forks or napkins and why are they were put separately from the plates The staff of the restaurant could be a bit more smiley... at least not that gloomy!
In general, the hotel is ausome! I would gladly come back one day!

Surpassed expectations
Loved the television set flush to the huge wall mirror, as well as the uber modern bathroom taps.

This hotel could not be better located, situated a very short walk from the Danube and very much in the hub of the pedestrianised shopping district. All the sights we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The staff were calm and courteous and the rooms very quiet and comfortable. Budapest is a fascinating place to visit and I would heartily recommend a stay at this hotel. I rarely re-visit a city hotel but would make an exception for this one.

buy a Big Bus Sightseeing tours ticket, just by the river and tram at the end of the hotel road. it lasts 48hours and you can use it for 2 days to go to all tyhe attractions and includes a free river trip.
