Groups Hong Kong, December 29, 2012	Nice location of reasonable price NIce location - 3 min walk from the metro station 8 Location: The hotel has been located alongside the River Danube which is only 3min walk from the metro station. It is right opposite to the Parliment - with stunning night view like a golden palace. There are also a couple of bus and tram routes which may carry tourists around. If you want to get to the uphill tram station to the palace, just 10-15min walk and you will be there. There are also a couple of small restaurants and mini markets nearby, though choices maybe limited. Price: Reasonably priced given we took the early bird offer - we have not checked the normal rates, though. Rooms: Rooms are clean and pretty spacious with required facilities. Other facities: Only one sauna room is available. For tourists who are not used to having sauna with opposite sex, you may need to give it up. Fitness room is a relatively small one with basic equipments. Service: Staff has been nice, friendly and helpful. English is not a problem at the reception desk but other staff (e.g. housekeepers) may not know English. Overall, this has been a well-located hotel of reasonable price.

Groups France, November 17, 2012	Emplacement magnifique et personnel parfait la vue directe sur le Danube, face au Parlement..... 10 Nous sommes arrivés tard en soirée, le personnel nous à accueilli parfaitement, malgré problème de langage (nous parlons peu l'anglais). Il était 22h30 et avons demandé où dîner vu l'heure tardive, plusieurs suggestions, nous avons choisi la plus typique. Le réceptionniste à réservé notre table (pour 3 ). Nous étions attendu. Seul petit bémol, pour nous français, nous étions 3 donc 2 chambres....et la chambre pour 1 personne avait 2 petits lits, au lieu d'un grand.....dommage....mentalités différentes peut-être ??? Hotel Feature Tip: Aucune hésitation, le Novotel, choisir chambre face au Danube, vue exceptionnelle..... Service parfait, tant à la réception qu'au petit déjeuner (chambre ou au restaurant de l’hôtel). A recommander.

Groups Germany, September 04, 2011	Schönes Hotel und freundlicher Service tolle Lage 9 Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, aber mit 17, viel zu teuer, da fehlte dann doch der Champagner! Die Zimmer war i.O. die Klimaanlage zu laut! Das Bad habe ich sehr schnell, aufgrund seiner Konstruktion, unter Wasser gesetzt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und ruhig, der Service und die Mitarbeiter sehr gut, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder in diesem Hotel, in Budapest übernachten.
