Wonderful place with good localization.
Wonderful, clean, new apartment in nice old building (charming bakyard inside of the building). Very friendly and helpful owner. Wifi and air-conditioning. Little kitchen so you can prepare your own breakfast or even dinners if you want. Good localization - you an go by foot almost everywhere.

Budapest is really lovely town with much to see - really worth exploring. We was very satisfied with the apartment. Very helpful owner of the apartment - he (on his own initiative) checked timetable of trains and buses for us and adviced how to get to the airport.
