It was okay, but nothing more. I don't think I am planning to stay there again on my next visit to Budapest. The room is clean but it was too small and my window face the wall. But it is in a great location and close to many major attractions (walking distance).

Just a few meters from the river and and the shopping street. The staff are very friendly and helpful in giving directions and advice on touristic attractions, and also deliver quick service. Great value for money. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable.

booked this room along with a "winter" package, which entitled us to a free bath session at one of the 4 famous baths in budapest(and we picked szechenyi).
amazing deal considering we paid roughly 100pounds for 3 nights stay.
well decorated. great location(3mins walk to metro and tram stations). 2mins to danube river.
helpful staff who briefed us about budapest and gave us travelling tips upon our arrival.
would highly recommend this hotel even if it meant paying a premium.

This hotel is a must for travellers, especially those whose first language is English.
The reception staff are exceptional and a special thanks to Sara, Balint and Zoltan (Zo Zo) for making our trip to Budapest memorable.
In terms of value for money, this hotel offers good rates at 4 star level, particularly if you book early.
Rooms are spacious and clean and all amenities are well catered for including laundry.
The restaurant serves a very hearty breakfast and this Canberra included in the room rate if you book early.
We would make this a definite place to stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must see are the baths where you can relax for an afternoon.
Metro is easy to travel on but we found a little difficulty in finding the right colored line to get on the train ie: the red metro. Ask the hotel staff and they will help.
Overall a city you don't want to miss in your travels.

This hotel is good, clean, organised and central. It's not fantastic for customer service, but not bad by Hungarian standards either. I loved my spacious room which was really well kept, free internet and the reception area where you could grab a coffee. breakfast was good but not necessarily great value for money. The 'gym' is a room with half a dozen random pieces of old equipment in, and the sauna isn't worth bothering with in a city with amazing spas and baths. All in all this is a safe, reliable option for the conservative traveller.

Room very small - small bath room - bad smell in the corridors and in the room - one of the female reception is not friendly and not cooperating and that's what pushed us out of the hotel before we complete the remainder of the book and therefore would not advise never to stay in this place that can not be called Name 4-star hotel - hotel images on the site do not reflect the reality of the place

El hotel es muy silencioso a pesar de estar en un sitio inmejorable.Al principio de la calle Vaci, muy cerca del puente de las cadenas.
El personal muy atento y con un nivel de español aceptable. Habitaciones muy bien y un desayuno estupendo, con zumo de naranja natural hecho para tí en el momento, así como si deseas una tortilla, o algo a la plancha.
Por ser críticos... las habitaciones, no tienen vistas, dan a una calle, o a un patio interior, pero muy tranquilas y no tienen bidét.
Además es una cadena española. No suelo aconsejar nunca los hoteles a los que voy, pero este creo que,se lo merece.

Si pensáis visitar el Parlamento, (algo que,creo imprescindible, pedir cita por adelantado y la visita es gratis por ser ciudadanos de la UE.
