Great location with good restaurants well within reach. Use the well equipped kitchens to make breakfast. restaurants to try: sushi samba just outside the appartment and the fish market!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get a attractions book from the airport and use the discount codes in there to book tours!

the apartment was great, close to almost everything!
we chose this for the self catering option, all utensils were provided and there is a cheap shop 'bonus' just around the corner. iceland is a little expensive, so this helped a lot.
when we showed up to register our arrival, we did have different address than what was confirmed (only a few streets away). we had booked a few excursions on the internet with this pick up address, it wasnt a problem to wait at the other address, just something to be aware of.
also, one weird thing, the bathroom had a glass door. the toilet was directly behind it and if you had the blinds up in the lounge, someone could possibly see right in! but the bathroom was clean and lots of shower space.

this is a great spot in the city, walking distance to many attractions, nightlife and just off the major shopping strip. the staff are friendly and helpful but the intercom system at the door requires patience, it is difficult to hear and not always answered the first go, so be prepared to wait a little while to get through the check-in process. it's all fine once you have your access key though. the apartments are really nice, comfortable, stylish and fun. i would definately stay again. i like the no-fuss of self-catering, plus in this location you don't need room service!

People at Apt K were great to us, very helpful and the rooms where very nice, only problem the internet connection but besides that very nice place to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
avoid blue lagoon, not worth it even though everybody seems to love it.

Location - right in centre. Freedom - can cook for oneself as Iceland restaurants don't come cheap! Facilities - top rate bathroom, luxuriously large bed, coffee maker, iPod dock, Sat TV.

A wonderful stay in a most accessible setting. Management extremely friendly and welcoming, though there was some confusion over where to pick up keys. No answer at office to begin with so ended up walking around for fifteen minutes before greeted. Limited parking but right on-site if you can get one of the four spots.

lucky to book this serviced apartment in the city center. the price is relatively cheaper compared to the others in the region. the flat is furnished with designer furnitures, well-equipped kitchen and mordern appliance. we love it very much. you may reach the main tourist street in 5 min walk. highly recommended !

The room was so beautiful - modern, chic, and well furnished. Location was excellent, just 2 min walk from all the city center restaurants and shopping. Just behind the Lobster House, so i could just walk over straight for dinner. loved loved loved this place. Very very near Iceland Excursions, so the bus to tours/airport is within walking distance.

the decoration and furnitures are in good design and artistic. the room is spacous for relaxing holiday, but the mattress is too soft for healthy spine, otherwise, the apartment is perfect. one more, it's strange that internet connection through wifi can only run smoothly in mobile but not notebook computer.
